Returns Are Accepted Only for Damaged or Broken Items

We currently accept returns only if:

  • You received a broken, damaged, or defective product.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following details:

    • Your order ID

    • A clear photo or video of the damaged product with source box 

    • Unboxing video 

  3. Once verified, we’ll arrange a pickup or offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Requests made after 48 hours of product delivery


Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
